Introduction

If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy provided here. We advise you to read the policy carefully before proceeding

30 Day Period

All products received within 30 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment and as per the applicable terms & conditions.

How Return Works

Items purchased on naturallynumberone.com must be returned via shipping carrier only. Returns cannot be hand-delivered to our office and cannot be returned to our retail stores. Only items purchased on naturallynumberone.com will be accepted.

Product Condition

All products must be returned in new condition. We do not accept damaged sealing or used products, these products may be sent back to the customer.

Return

For all returns, customers will be responsible for the delivery fee. Naturally Number One will only be responsible for the delivery charge if products are missing, damaged or incorrect. *All items during “Specific Promotions” and ‘Gifts’ are not eligible for refunds, exchange, or store credit

The Items or Products

Natural Number One reserves the right to refuse to return the item or product if it is considered counterfeit, damaged, misused, or if the product has been modified (such as mixed with another product). Counterfeit items are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to the sender. Gently used items may be accepted in special cases only without renouncing our right to deny acceptance of such returns and we have the right to refuse return or exchange at any time.

Gifts & Samples

If gifts and/ or  samples were included during the purchase, they must be returned as well with the package. Please note, no refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.

Refunds

Please send to our email info@naturallynumberone.com with a receipt from your carrier of the package you are returning. Once you have provided us with a receipt, a refund will be processed within a period of up to 15 business days depending on several factors. Also please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Naturally Number One is not responsible for return packages with wrong address & not received by Naturally Number One.
