Returns

For all returns, customers will be responsible for the delivery fee. Naturally Number One will only be responsible for the delivery charge if products are missing, damaged or incorrect. *All items during “Specific Promotions” and ‘Gifts’ are not eligible for refunds, exchange, or store credit.

Please send to our email info@naturallynumberone.com with a receipt from your carrier of the package you are returning. Once you have provided us with a receipt, a refund will be processed within a period of up to 15 business days depending on several factors. Also please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Naturally Number One is not responsible for return packages with wrong address & not received by Naturally Number One.
